So, how does this win-win distance learning program work? Upon enrollment, a certified CollegePlus! coach will be assigned to guide your student personally through each phase of your child's degree, making the process of earning a degree simpler than ever before.

1. The first phase of the CollegePlus! system prepares your student with foundational resources that will accelerate his/her study and build lifelong learning skills. Beginning with Life Purpose Planning, your student will discover and record his/her aptitudes. Your student will also write a Biblical life purpose statement expressing their goals and aspirations for life and create personalized plans to make these goals a reality. While your student has completed his/her life purpose planning, a coach will help him/her develop study skills that will significantly increase the speed and comprehension of your child's study. This plan will include the specific exams, courses, and portfolios they will need in order to complete their degree.
2. Next, your student will begin accumulating credits through exams in order to meet his/her general education and free elective requirements. Through college level exams such as the CLEP and DANTES, your student can earn approximately 90 of the 120 credits needed for his/her bachelor's degree. These exams are studied for at home and then taken at a local testing site. Throughout this process, your student's coach will play an integral role in providing her with a detailed schedule as well as study recommendations for each exam; the coach will answer questions and cheer your student on as he/she accumulates credit.
3. Upon your student completing all credit by exam requirements, they will have earned approximately 90 to 120 college credits, putting your child in a position to finish the remaining credits that pertain to his/her chosen college major.  At this time, CollegePlus! will help your student enroll in college level distance learning courses at Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, New Jersey, who is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Your student will then be able to complete college level distance learning courses from home.
4. At the end, your student will graduate with a fully-accredited bachelor's degree in half the time and at a fraction of the cost of a regular, four-year degree!

Because CollegePlus! degrees are fully regionally accredited, graduates confidently enter the workforce or go on to the graduate school of their choice! Students who utilize the methods of accelerated distance learning earn their bachelor's degree years ahead of their peers.
