Embassy Suites Hotel & Athletic Club
The black towers of the Embassy Suites looked imposing, but upon entering we were greeted by a friendly staff who immediately put us at ease. The Embassy Suites offers one and two bedroom suites for families so that mom and dad have a room to rest and relax in, and the kids have a room to play and watch cartoons as well.
The rooms also have two-line phones with voicemail and Internet access. They also offer a complimentary, cooked-to-order breakfast every morning, and a reception with refreshments every evening. Because Parents magazine recently named Embassy Suites one of the top 3 hotels for families, we decided to give it a try. |

Our two-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable - and the microwave oven, coffee maker, wet bar, and miniature refrigerator made our surroundings feel more like home than a hotel. (However, the impeccable maid service was a dead give-away that we were sitting in the lap of luxury.)
