acting as if

I do like the idea.  However, I think caution is needed in this.   Often young people are so unrealistic as to what they can or can't do.  I have seen kids that were planning to be a veterinarian for example that simply did not have the science and math skills or even the personal skills needed for such.  I just think there needs to be some guidance involved.  Rebecca. like the idea of tea on the porch with a good book.  I do that but my good book is the Bible.  ( :
