Thailand, formerly known as Siam, is one of largest countries
in Southeast Asia. Unlike Vietnam and Indonesia, Thailand is the only Southeast
Asian country that was never colonized. As a result, the culture is vibrant
and the Thais are, for the most part, a proud and happy people.
