Thai Food

IMG_1786
The Thais are famous for making their food look like pieces of art. It tastes like fine art, too!

Most Thais still buy their groceries in markets like this one.

In addition to fresh fruits, vegetables and meats, there are vast assortments of packaged products to choose from.

Vendors like this one walk around and offer food for sale. This woman is selling grilled chicken that she cooks for customers on the small grill in one of her baskets.

Other vendors travel faster, like this man with a whole market on his motorbike! (There's also an ice cream vendor behind him).

Even in Thailand you'll find Western favorites. Notice the writing on that bag of Lays chips?

Thanks for joining us on our virtual field trip to Thailand!
