Is America mentioned in the Bible?

BIBLICAL PROPHECY mentions all of the great ancient empires: Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome. It even describes great political alliances that are to exist in the latter days (Dan. 2:40-44). But what about the single most powerful and wealthiest nation in all of history—the United States of America? Where is she mentioned in the Bible?

Considering the almost immeasurable impact America has had on the modern world—it is inconceivable that God would choose to omit even so much as a mention of the nation in Bible prophecy. Indeed, America’s apparent absence from the Bible has long puzzled scholars.

Never in the history of the world has there been such a dramatic and rapid rise to global power and dominance than has been experienced by America. Could such a phenomenon really be ignored in Bible prophecy?

Is it possible that scholars and theologians have simply failed to see that this great nation is, in fact, discussed in numerous detailed passages of the Bible—in prophecies that accurately predicted its rise to unprecedented greatness and that describe its decline in the latter days?

The problem is that scholars have not realized that the English-speaking peoples are identified biblically by their ancient, ancestral names. Once this missing piece of the puzzle is in place, it becomes one of the most vital keys to understanding biblical prophecy.

THE NEW BOOK, America and Britain: Their Biblical Origin and Prophetic Destiny utilizes Scripture and documented research to trace America’s “history” back some 4,000 years—revealing her true identity and wonderful future role in God’s plan!
