Jumping rope is a great exercise and it can be loads of fun.

Jumping rope helps fight Heart Disease, Obesity, Type II Diabetes and Osteoporosis while simultaneously improving strength, agility, coordination, balance and overall fitness.

Kids enjoy jumping rope (think back–didn’t you?) especially if they can have fun with it.  Just moving frontward, backward, and side-to-side makes jumping more entertaining.  Jumping to music–what fun! Add in a few tricky moves–your child will feel so accomplished!

Maybe your child will enjoy watching jump roping videos/competitions on the television or on the internet.  These can be inspiring.

Who knows–your child might want to jump for hours!

Because really–fun learning is forever learning!
