Tumbling and Trampoline

There are so many physical benefits of tumbling and trampoline for our kids!

Such benefits include the development of bi-lateral motor skills, balance, coordination, cardio-vascular fitness, strength, flexibility and agility.

In addition, gymnasts, cheerleaders, divers, skaters and skiers all benefit from the use of tumbling and trampolines as tools to improve their sport specific skills.

A number of tumbling and trampoline organizations have recently reached out to Homeschool.com readers.  These include, The Trampoline Place in Connecticut, Gymfinity in Wisconsin, and  Northwest Aerials in Washington.

Not only are tumbling and trampoline great PE activities, they are FUN.  And fun learning is forever learning!
