SMARTS@Home

Description

SMARTS@Home is an executive function curriculum created by ResearchILD for children in grades 1-6. Each unit contains four lessons, filled with fun activities, practical strategies, and “extension” suggestions for further practice. Check out the units below:

• Unit 1: How do I think about my thinking?
• Unit 2: How can I use strategies to help me?
• Unit 3: How do I think flexibly?
• Unit 4: I CANDO my goals
• Unit 5: How do I organize my materials?
• Unit 6: How do I understand my time?

The curriculum is designed to be led by an adult and features many options for customization:

• optional printed handouts
• choices of activities
• leveled questions
• lots of support for both adults and kids.

This program was developed by educators and experts in executive function, who also just happen to be parents, grandparents, and homeschoolers themselves. SMARTS@Home makes learning executive function fun!
